CE5000-120 accuracy / align

Hello,

I have graphtec ce5000-120 and mimaki JV3. Im using Flexi for both jv3 and ce5000. Today i have tried to print large (100pieces of stickers) printed with 4x registration marks and when i tried to contour cut the sticker, then almost 50 pieces were ok but another 50 pieces were bad cutted (vertical shifted). Is there some align in ce5000 or how can i eliminate this "contour shifting" ?
