CE5000 and Flexi 7.6v2

I have a CE5000 and Flexi 7.6v2. For some reason everytime I cut from flexi it leaves small numbers running across the side of the vinyl. Does any body have any solutions?? Also I was wondering if I can take work I have done in flexi and move it to the graphtec software that came with this machine?
