I own Graphtec CE6000-120 about three years. The problem occurred after a firmware update to ver 2.20-std, because the cutter couldnt start read regmarks. The graphtec technician helped me. He said that the firmware is ok and that I have to back the default settings by holding down the key UP, then turn on cutter. Then return to default values in menu. This solved the problem for me.
If someone have similar problem after firmware update, my recommendation is to always check with the graphtec serviceman before starting the above mentioned procedure.
