CET ONYX Thrive 19 profile help

Please help. Trying to load print profiles in only, buy it still defaults to test media and printing color is too dark on this setting. Have reinstalled program with no luck. Any CET legacy printer owners out there can walk me through getting our 2nd CET hybrid going? Gen 5 250. Thanks.
