CET UV Hybrid 2023 Printer with Gen 6 Ricoh Heads Drop Out/Banding

We are having two issues. First is banding... we also are having total dropout about 1/2 way through a 4x8 sheet of ACM. We are running 1 pass unidirectional. Our shop temp is 58 degrees and our humidity is 45%. It is taking us 22 mins per side to print.
