CG-130FX problem

Hello everyone,

When I place my media to CG-130FX to contour cut, as usual first it checks placements of the 3 wheels and returns to home position. But now, almost immediately looks for a detection mark and it fails with error 36. This is exactly what is wrong. It just started doing this.

Any tips would be appreciated.

What have you done to try to correct the issue? Have you eliminated anything?

I cleaned the laser/sensors. Reset the machine from set up menu and re entered the values. That's pretty much.

Have you turned it off?

Several times cycle the machine.

I found the problem.
It was not the machine but it was the over laminate.
Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Come to find out the problem is not caused by lamination. Still trying to figure out.
