CG 160FX "Poncing-Puching" Problem

I've been working with a CGFX cutter for 3 years now and it works great but a week ago started acting up. When I do cut vinyl or "kiss cut" it cuts great, but when I punch the decals out the contour looks awful and the shape turns out distorted. I've changed the blade, adjusted pressure to no success. Any ideas? thoughts? I'll greatly appreciate any help!

Got it! I finally figured it out. The blade was sticking out TOO MUCH out of the holder and causing the material to curl right before it cut so it will bulge up and mess it up. WOOHOO!
