I know the problem is I! Because I haven't been properly trained on this equipment. As a mater a fact no training at all.
Here is my question;
I printed a work off of my JV33 with reg marks (it is on a separate layer).
I also have my cut lines also have it's own layer.
When try to plot to(only layer is on is cut layer and reg mark layer) CG FXII it can't recognize the reg marks(10mm).
It seems to me like it does not read the paper size correctly because it shows on the control panel A and B values totally different than the actual paper size and enters those values in FIneCut (connected via USB on Mac).
Please don't tell me read the manual because that's what I'm following
