cg160 ex error 50

New Member
Vinyl got bunched up while it was cutting and it stopped. It has happened many times. But, now it gives me a error 50 message after I restart and press " Run" it moves like it usually does to detect the material. Then it stops with the error 50 message and stays at that. I am stuck. How do I remove/reset/ ??? Is there a service manual somewhere? Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Blue,
please check the encoder of the motor it should glow red light in between the encode and encoder scale of the scan motor most of the time motor is fine but the encoder of the motor is not funtionung properly thats why ur faceing error 50....
