CG60-ST Skipping

Last week our CG60-ST started to skip when cutting. It usually cuts horizontal/vertical ok, but on the diagonals it skips. I have replaced the blade, and adjusted the height in both the positive and negative directions. I have tried different speeds/pressures/offsets. It does it on heat press vinyl and on regular oracal 651. Another thing it is doing is not cutting square corners. Any suggestions??

You should check and make sure that the blade rotates freely in the holder, if it doesn't it could cause the problems your encountering.
