Change my scan speed

I am cutting with crop marks on reflective vinyl so its a bit more heavy and as its scanning for crop marks it tends to walk to the left but only when it scans back to look for the rear crop marks. I was thinking of maybe changing the speed down to see if that will help. Can somebody tell me where to find this so i can slow this down.. Thanks for the help.
