Changing 540i Cap Tops

I've been having problems with Cyan bars missing on the test prints (SP-540i). I've done a bunch of cleanings normal, med, and powerful with no luck. My rep tells me that I need to replace the cap tops. I just got the parts in, but I can't find any instructions on how this is done.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
