The tech is telling us we need the key for our Acuity Advance (Arizona 360) to change the voltages after replacing a head. Anyone know if there's a way around this or not?

There's only one way around - do not set voltage. If you want to change it (or the waveform, which may be needed as well), you must get access to the service menu. So you need the key.

It's very simple. 1. Buy the keyboard and connect it to the motherboard Oce.
2. Ctrl + Alt + Del ----- "end task" you are in Widows.
3. in command line enter - regedit
4.Find path "oce / head config and head voltage
5. you must enter 3 !!! value - voltage, waveform, serial number.
6.Run again Calgary platform. Thats all. Good luck.
