Channel letter faces.

Does anybody have a source for having channel letters made from tracings of original faces. I used to do this in house when I worked at a much larger shop. Not currently set up to do this here and am having a bit of sticker shock with my usual suppliers quote.

Most wholesalers want to plow through work quickly with their CNC's. This requires hand cutting, which really slows them down, so it's going to be more expensive.
