Cheap source for CorelDRAW

Here's the cheapest path I've found to get CorelDRAW 11.

First, get an OEM version of CorelDRAW Suite 9 here for $32: CorelDRAW 9
Next, go here to get the upgrade to CorelDRAW 11 for $75 or the whole suite for $118 (that's what I did): CorelDRAW 11

I searched the 'net up and down and this seems to be the cheapest path to get a legitimate copy.
