Hi,
I have chinese DTG sublimation printer with 2 Epson 5113 heads.
The problem is that printer is working good for 1 month, then 1 head starts flushing ink little bit beside printing image.
I printed with this behavior some more meters and it get worst and worst. Then 1 head was dead. Not clogged, but nozzles was missing. I am 100% sure its not clogged.
Some video:

If I run clean with this broken head:

I disabled broken head, and continued working (as manufacturer said). And same behavior occures after 30m of print..
We changed power supplies, head board, main board and 2 heads.
Printed some meters and problem occures again.
When I print more with missing nozzles, printhead will stop working completly.
Any ideas?
