Church/School Sign Cabinet

Does anyone have a good source for the attached style sign cabinet? We've purchased them from Wayne Industries in the past but they are no longer selling them. I see them at www.WholesaleSignSuperStore.com but I've never ordered from there and I'm leery to do so.
