Cj-500 low temperature error?

Printer error,, Low Temperature,, is this caused by damaged head or there is a temperature sensor located elsewhere other than on the print head? ambient tempt is at 78 Fahrenheit currently in the room. I have not tried replacing the heads yes, thought there might be a sensor on the main board...welcome your input..
