CJV30-60 Registration Marks

The registration marks do not work correctly when using individual marks for each decal. However if I use only one set of registration marks to encompass all decals in the sheet, then it works OK.
Also, when I first got the Printer I was able to cut each individual decal w/o using registration marks at all. Now, I cannot any longer replicate this.
Can someone shed some light on what is going on with my CJV30-60.
