CJV30-60 Special version of the firmware

Does anyone know of a way about getting this updated to the newest version, as the tech company we got the printer from are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard (stuck on 3.10).

Send me a PM and I'll send the firmware and tool over. You won't get much of a change from 3.10 to 3.30 which is the latest version but if you want to be up to date it can't hurt. If you are using after market inks, it may mess up the chips though.
