Anybody know why my drop shadows are printing as a green? Still trying to learn how to print with my machine. Thanks for any advice.

Copy your original image, then convert it to a bitmap in Corel. Have found that Corel effects and Rasterlink don't play well together. We've gone to PS for most printed artwork unless it has to be cut on the plotter. Rasterlink likes PS, Corel not so much.

Replaced yellow head, and now have a halo around anything printing in black?

We have adjusted the pass to 8 and increased the preheat. Cant get rid of that yellow halo
