Need some help chasing a printing issues please!! - Before pic (with most colour) is what it was printing and after is what it’s now printing (almost zero colour)

I’ve changed capping station and dampers in both heads
I did an machine ink fill and nothing really happened
I opened all the cartridge valves in the service setting and manually sucked ink through the capping station (where waste ink would usually come out) this has got me as far as getting yellow and light black back
Im at an absolute lost now no matter what I try I can’t get any other colours, machine is always on and doing cycles, I’ve tried all the cleaning in the world including an overnight and 24 hour head soak
Heads were printing fine before changing dampers - dampers were changed as one started leaking
I have been advised possibly air in the head itself? How would I get the air out?
