cjv300-160 plus missing black head

I have a cjv300-160 plus and I am not getting black when I do my nozzle test. I want to recover my black from both head 1 and head 2. Can someone explain how I can bring back the black?

Did you do an ink fill?
Did you open the back to see if there is ink in the tubes from the ink to the PH?
