Cjv300 Check Joint Error 521

Hello, I am getting an error 521 check joint sensor after I accidentally left the head cleaning cover down on the left side of the machine. It seams as if the y-axis is off of the motor. I’ve cleaned all of the sensors and I’ve let the machine sit turned off for a couple hrs.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
