classified ad ...won't let me respond

i was trying to reply on classifieds but said i did not have sufficient privileges... I can post an ad... what am I missing

You need to contact sellers by phone/ email/ etc. There's a note on this on those pages. If they didn't put contact info, send them a message rather than responding to the post. As best I know anyway...
