Cleaning Corrogated sheets

Just have had my Muthoh 1617H for over a Month. Prints nice on banners and gatorplast smooth material.
And even on corrogated but I get little spots blemishes on prints. Is there a good way to clean corrogated
without damaging the sheets to keep this flaws from happening.

We use MPC Plastic Prep 6428sp. We use it on anything we run through our FB700.
