Hello, everyone!
As using JV33-160A, there are many problems.
The big issue was solved today with helpful advise of the member "Solventinkjet".
And the other issue is the banding and color change.
I printed on PET Film with aqueous pigment.
But there are too many banding problems.
After cleaning and ink filling-up, quality looks good but after it printed about 2 meters,
the quality grows worse and too many bandings appear.
So I should do cleaning and filling up too many times.
The technician saids there are too many bubbles in the tube
and in the ink damper there are too small quantity of ink.
Normally, the ink must be filled up to 3/4 of the damper space.
But my machine it's about 1/4 and after filling up, it could be 2/5 of the damper.
How do you think about it?
