Who has a good clear window perf for UV printing?

Correct, window perf that is clear. We print to the second surface with digital white to apply to inside of windows. The perf has to be made for UV Printing as the liner on some clear window perfs are too shallow and allow the ink to dry/cure inside the holes.

gotcha, yes that is close and similar but not exact.

Also, just found out that BigFish merchant on this site has a similar product, better priced, than FlexCon so I think that is the ticket.
