I am brand new to signs 101, but this site really helped me solve a printer problem by recommending a technical resource.

Our Colorspan 72UVR had a UV Control Error. I couldn't get help from the large, national supplier who sold us the printer (even though I was willing to pay for support).

I ended up calling Mike at CMS (California Media Service). He was able to quickly troubleshoot my issue over the phone, and overnighted us a new power supply that fixed the issue. I was up and running in less than 24 hours even though he was 3000 miles away.

I have to second this. They know the old Colorspans better than anybody. I had the exact same issue with my UV Control box. I kept getting a UV Control error and replacing a fairly inexpensive power supply did the trick. I would have never been able to diagnose this problem on my own. Big props to Mike and CMS!
