CMYK colortest seems off ? (CJV30)

I printed a CMYK test (100% of each color) on S21 CMYK inkts

my output looks like this, the yellow band the dithers are the best visible,

file was a AI file in CMYK document setup

also checked with color replacement in rasterlink and indicated 100% for each color but visible it isn't 100% yellow only

fyi the dither isn't black (so no overspray from the lines that border the band)
any ideas ?

can I see a test print of the nozzles?
Looks like heat issue.

turn colour managing/icc off in your RIP if you want pure CMYK.
as far as i understood, this isn't possible in rasterlink if the device profile doesn't support it.

I'm using the default mimaki device profiles for PVC for this, in color matching the only options are defualt & mimaki enhanced

That's odd, i havent used that RIP before but im sure there should be away not to use ICC profiles or turn it off. unless you can make custom spot colours
