CMYK whithout C and Y (Roland FP-740)

Hello, we own a Roland FP-740 (for sublimation) and we have issues with 2 heads as shown on the picture. At this point we are not sure if the issue is related with the pump or the head itself. Is anyone from the forum knows how to feed ink or resolve this?
