Hello Everyone,
I have a 1325 3 Axis CNC Machine and i have a problem with my X Axis Movements,
The movement of it gets stuck and continues but during the time where it stops the remote doesnt stop counting meaning the data gets all mixed up.
Am sending a photo of the artwork and results i get.

Now i have changed the the linear bearings of the rails of the x axis, i did this thinking they were worn out, but the problem seems to persist.

Any help would be greatly appreciated on what would be causing this issue.

So, grain of salt here, but when I retrofitted my old cnc machine with undersized motors, the heavier axis would occasionally 'lock up.' It was typically loud as the motor whirred higher than normal, then seized, with a high pitch ring.
If I had to guess, your X axis is you heavier load? Will it run the program correctly when it's not cutting anything? Is this only happening sporadically? Can you run at half speed?

Since is only on the , i would check (in this order)... Sharpness of the bit, deep passes maybe too much for the bit, vfr speed, feeding speed, driver microstepping. Can be more things, but i would check that first
