Colex Media Feed Roll Setup

Years ago I decided it would be beneficial to have a way to mount and unroll roll media off the back of the colex flatbed.
Here is the contraption. A colex tech saw it and was taking pictures while praising it, so it must be pretty cool, or at least unusual.
