Color Issues

I cannot get my color on the Mimaki JV33-130 with Ecosolv ink to come out as designed.

I design in CS2, transfer the file to Flexi Print and Cut and use Flexi Production Manager rip and print.

I design yellow and print green, orange prints red, etc.

Is there a something like a PMS color chart I can print on the Mimaki JV33-130 that would allow me to use color codes to match the printer so colors come out correctly.
