Color Matching

We're doing a partial wrap for a 2010 Honda CRV, Urban Titatium Metallic (YR578M). Is there a conversion table/chart available to match the YR525M color to CMYK, PMS, or RGB?

no way you will ever get the print to match metallic paint. The paint will shift color slightly when viewed from different angles. The print wont.
