is there anyone or any company that has techs go out onsite and go through software and hardware setups and even some basic profiling for standard medias?

oh that don't cost a fortune......

ever since we moved to this new building, and now upgrading adobe, corel and onyx, i really have no confidence in my output anymore, sure we get by and everything, but i feel like the equipment isn't really producing what it should....

In general terms, on-site and inexpensive do not belong in the same sentence. I see that you are in Kansas, and Nazdar Consulting is also in KS. At least the trip charge should be reasonable:
