Color separation Coreldraw x4 color crayon texture

Hi
I am printing shirts for a walk a thon. A child drew the design and I wanted to capture the color crayon texture. I scanned pic and am having trouble getting the color to a pantone color to print the positive. I use coreldraw x4 and accurip. I tried to use photoshop (which I am not real familiar with) but cannot get the color changed spot. Any help would be great.
