Colorado M Onyx media width mismatch

When I send a job the the Colorado, Onyx sometimes adds .71 the job width ie, a 54 inch roll becomes 54.71 and the Colorado won't run it because the job is "too wide". Running Onyx 24 (are there enough bug fixes in 25 to be ok upgrade?).

How can I avoid this issue? thanks.

If you have your media size setup to have no AAC but have AAC turned on in the Media Profile, it's going to say it's the right size in onyx but when the M received the file it doesn't fit.
Or you have it set as normal AAC and have the Media Profile on Advanced AAC you're going to get that error.
