ColorCAMM 600 Problem

We've been all over the place with our PC-600 and when we go to print something out it acts like it's starting and the Busy light and the 6 cartridge lights flash and it beeps. There's nothing in the book about that sequence. The sequence in the book they call an error is the setup light and 6 cartridge lights. Anyone know what's going on?
