Colorgate Multiple Up Container

When I set up a container (contains 28 images) and step that container 10-up (5 columns & two rows) it appears exactly correct on screen. However, after ripping it shows a column of two at the printer station.
:helpGoing mental on this one. Anyone know what I'm referring to?
