Come in today and my |VG 640 is showing a service call 0012 error code. HELP

Can anyone help i came in this morning and my Roland Vg 640 (TV2 updated) is showing a service call 0012.
I cannot find any info on with the error code is for. if i turn off the printer and turn it back on again it does not clear. or even start up
i would be grateful of any help.

Thank you, balstestrat.
This helps now i know what the voltage should be I will see what i can do just hope it is a fuse or cable and nor a problem with the board. Just need to get going as have lost to get printed. Why do they always play up when you have lots to do?
