I have this same printer and it’s constant with issues! It’s super frustrating. Does anyone know what would cause it to print lines through all media? Could the carriage be shaking and causing the printhead to misfire nozzles?
Do you have photo of the problem. IT could be something simple as a dirt stuck under the carriage or unlock mechanism too low, to some more complex as damaged CR cable, encoder touching encoder strip, head cables, CR board, Print head or main board. I would start from simple things and go step by step to more complex. As I told photos of the problem is the start.
