We recently inherited a compress iUV 600s (purchased some other equipment from a local printer that was going out of business and was given to us) and it was printing fine but is now giving us xencoder errors. Tried contacting Coledesi for help and were told that since we didn't purchase from them they would not help. Any suggestion on how to go about fixing this error.
