It can be done.
Back in the dark ages before air release was invented we wrapped everything with hp vinyl. Need some good squeegee skills and patience.
HP will react to heat and stretch about the same as wrap vinyl but without the air release and repositionable(?) features you have to get it right the first time.
Why the
computer cut vinyl? Is it a color you can't hit with a printer or just a bunch of contour cut stripes?
If it is a complete wrap and you need to match a stock vinyl color you could laminate the cut vinyl on top of some 3m 180 or oracal to make it eaiser to install. Would raise your material cost a good deal but will work if they will pay.
