Question Connecting Mutoh ValueCut 1300 wireless

Has anyone done this? Recently moved my business - the configuration of the new shop has the VJ 1300 (and a Roland CX300) farther away from the computers than before. I bought a pair of 35 ft USB A to B cables with the booster chip only to find out that the chip is incompatible with both machines. Was thinking that a wireless USB print server could solve the problem. The other solution could be an ethernet connected print server, but there are two different OS's on the computers that run each. (And I had to trick the CX300 into working by using a GX300 driver on Windows 7 as there are no drivers for that machine past windows 2000.) Any help/advice is appreciated.

Use the Serial port. It can be extended long, but only if you have serial interface on your motherboard or Serial interface card. USB serial adapter cannot be extended with long Serial cable.

If you have a real cutting Software (CutStudio is not the one) GX300 can be used without Driver on any OS. For long distance, Serial connection preferred as well.
