Continous beep when powering up

A technician has replaced a transistor on my mainboard and since installing it when I power up the machine it beeps continuously. The technician also can't figure out what the problem is. He checked all the fuses and transistors etc on the board and all was OK. He also checked the head cables etc and found no issue. Any ideas? Here is a video of what happens when i power up. It's a vp540 Roland
