Contour Cutting Problem Using Flexi Pro and SP300V

Hi Everyone.

I am printing with our Roland FJ42 converted to eco sol as our SP300V is having printing problems. So, I am using the SP300V for contour cutting only right now.

Anyway, when I send cut job via flexi pro to SP300V, for some reason it starts cutting perfectly on the left side of the image and then the cut is off about 1 inch or so on the right. See pics.

The entire image is about 1 foot by 2 feet.

Also, when I made the image smaller, say 5", it cut perfect on the SP300V?

Did yo do the print & cut and the cut adjust to your SP???

If don't it could be the problem, for doing these operation see you SP manual (you can download at roland oficial site)

are you removing the media to lam? or is it doing this in a hybrid job? One thing i found out is that when you go back to cut, make sure NOT to poll the media width again...If you do this, it will throw off the cut...Not sure if that helps you or not.
