Contour Cutting - Ripping from Illustrator

I currently have a file that I set up for contour cutting in Illustrator. It is the state of New Hampshire with a grey fill with a black stroke.The file was set up correctly, but it is cutting inside the stroke, versus outside the stroke.

How would I go about setting this up so it cuts outside the stroke? Thank you!
