Need Help Contour cutting

I have an older printer a soljet ll 540
It just stopped contour cutting and just cuts straight across when printing is done, any ideas where my problem is?

Does it do it with previous jobs that worked? Just in case it's the file itself.

I would check your settings to make sure you have print & cut still selected. Also I always print the crop marks incase it does something like that so I can load the material back into the machine and have it find the crop marks to cut after.

I tried a graphic that would contour cut but it did not cut like others.
Tried several none would cut, I thought maybe a setting is off
