How can i use the contour option for fonts in coreldraw (where is it?)?

Arial Sucks.
What version of CorelDRAW are you using? If you're on a recent build then the Contour function would be found on the left tool bar in the drop-down menu underneath the Shadow tool icon. Not difficult to find. BTW, the typeface in question in your attached image sample is Monotype Script MT. Just in case you didn't already have it identified.
